I emailed support twice and waited for days, and when I finally got a reply, it wasn’t helpful at all. It felt like, actually, it felt like no one was even checking the messages. After that experience, I wouldn’t order from them again

My first impression of Watchtower wasn’t great, and it kind of set the tone for the whole experience. Right away, the site and process felt a bit messy, and I didn’t feel like things were explained clearly enough.

After that, the slow updates just made it more frustrating. I kept finding myself checking for information because I wasn’t sure what was happening, which got old quickly.

Maybe other people have had a smoother time with them, but for me it never really recovered from that rough start. I wouldn’t order from here again because it just felt more stressful than it needed to be

I got to the payment page and didn’t feel great about entering my card info. It literally didn’t seem secure enough, so I ended up not trusting the checkout.

I really wanted to love this because the style is super cute and it looked nice right out of the package. Unfortunately, I ordered my usual size and it fit way too small, plus the shape felt kind of weird on me. The quality seemed decent, so I’d consider trying it again, but definitely size up.

The return steps weren’t very clear either, so it just made the whole thing more frustrating. In the end, it felt like too much effort for something that should’ve been straightforward. I ordered from watchtower.shop the whole thing arrived looking like it had already been through a lot. The box was crushed, the corners were all bent up, and the product itself had scratches on it. I needed it for a specific day too, so the timing made it even more frustrating.

I know shipping isn’t always perfect, but this seemed like it was packed carelessly from the start. For what I paid, I really expected it to show up in decent condition. Disappointing experience, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

I barely found anything I was looking for. The selection is small and kind of boring, so I guess that’s on them for not stocking more interesting stuff.

I tried using the site, but the menus was really confusing and I kept getting lost trying to find what I needed.

So... my order showed up, but it wasn’t what I ordered. Frustrating since I was expecting something else and had to deal with the mix-up.

I ended up having to contact them myself to find out what was going on, which was frustrating. I understand delays can happen, but the lack of communication wasn’t great. I wouldn’t really trust them for anything time-sensitive and probably wouldn’t order again.

I picked this up thinking it would be a decent cheap watch, but i’m not sure what I expected. It broke after two days, which was frustrating. Maybe I should’ve spent a little more instead of trying to save money on this one.
